Fellowship privacy notice

Morency Fellowship Ltd is the controller of personal data submitted in connection with the Fellowship. It processes that data to administer applications, operate and protect the simulator and evaluation process, assess candidates, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with applicants, comply with law, and consider possible employment, relying as applicable on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where legally required. Data concerning unsuccessful applicants will ordinarily be retained for 24 months after the application process ends and then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for a legal claim. Subject to applicable law, applicants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to the competent supervisory authority. We collect your name, email, country of residence, what you tell us about your experience, and your evaluation activity. We do not ask about, and do not use, any purchase you may have made from any course or academy.
