Three unnamed markets, replayed bar by bar from real price history with simulated money. You write a plan before each trade and review it afterwards.
Meet the risk desk
A person on our risk team reviews every evaluation. Strong candidates are offered employment on the desk with firm capital, a fixed retainer and a share of profits.
What we look for
We score decisions, not luck. Every evaluation trade is marked on the same published method: a written plan before entry, sizing inside the limits, execution, a stop that holds, and an honest review afterwards. A careful trader who loses a little can pass; a lucky one who skips the plan will not.
- At least three completed trades.
- An average decision score of 70 or more.
- A maximum drawdown under 6% of the simulated account.
- No doubling up after a loss.
